Another Happiness Day

Momentary Joy is not Happiness
It’s not lasting
It’s not a state of wellbeing
As happiness is
It’s a chimera
A fantasy
It’s like thinking
The joy of using this drug
“My beautiful high”
Will last forever
Instead it “bombs”
It creates even more unhappiness
Momentary joy can be happiness
If your state of wellbeing continues to exist and thrive
Then you know you are on the right track
It’s lasting
What I am doing now
Is true happiness because the joy continues to last
True joy is forever
It lasts and lasts
It’s contributes to happiness
It doesn’t come and go
It’s delightful
Because you know it will last
Wil this contribute to my happiness?
