My Journey to God

Life is  a journey.

It is meant to bring me to God.

He is my destination.

He wants to share with me His gifts. 

Why else would He create me?

Whatever happens to me is for that purpose.

It takes me to God.

All that happens along the way

Is meant to bring me to Him

Or to your version of Him.

Everything that comes to me in life

Is a gift of God.

Everything!

There are no exceptions.

They are all opportunities.

They will bring me to God,

My destination,

The Source of all that exists

And He will give me of His essence.

Love, Peace and Joy.

All My Blogs are Inspired by God

All these blogs I write

Are inspired by God.

Why?

I asked Him for this gift.

And He gave it to me.

He had to!

He promised me He would.

He cannot go back on His promise.

“Ask and you shall receive.”

“Seek and you shall find.”

“Knock and it will be open to you.”

Mathew 7:7

And if you believe, 

It will come about.

God wants to give gifts to you,

Each one of you.

Just ask

And believe wholeheartedly,

And the gift will appear.

It always does.

It’s a promise.

God inspired my blogs,

Because I asked.

He kept His promise.

My Mission in Life

I have the gift of life.

What a magnificent blessing that is.

I didn’t earn it.

It was given to me.

What does such a gift require of me?

It requires gratitude.

So I graciously thank you, my creator

For that wonderful gift of life.

But it requires more.

Because it is a gift of incomparable magnitude.

My life has been given to me,

I must give something in return.

I must fulfill my destiny,

My mission in life,

Which for me is to enhance the universe.

I will do that in return for the wonderful gift of life.

It will be my task to make this world a better place

In which to live.

That is my mission in life.

I will make the world better than I found it.

And if you do the same

It will be noted in the book of life.

They enhanced the universe.

From Where do These Blogs Come?

They come from heaven.

They come from the Source.

From where else could they possibly come?

They come from the source of all wisdom.

These blogs are mine.

They are gifts from the Source.

They are given to me,

For the purpose

Of my giving them to you,

The readers of my blog.

They are meant to be shared by me

With you the children of God.

These gifts

Are not for tomorrow or yesterday

But for today

They are for me, the writer

And for you, the reader.

I love it!

I guess,

Because it’s an opportunity to share with you.

Sharing makes me feel good.

Perhaps,

Sharing is something

We all might do.

It will make us all feel good.

I share,

Every morning when I blog.

I sit down with a topic in mind,

And to my surprise,

Words come forth.

I write them down.

And I share them,

With the whole universe.

It’s a gift,

I have been receiving,

Every day,

For the past twenty-five months.

So now,

I share the blogs,

That have been given to me.

You too may share them.

And the giving goes on.

It’s about getting the most love, peace and joy out of life,

And of God, if you so wish,

May is My New Book Month

Search for meaning

I am trying to explore the reasons

Why I write these poems.

Here are some I discovered yesterday.

Beautiful reasons.

I write to honor God,

And to express my gratitude to Him,

For the gift He has given me,

The celebration of His wisdom.

I realize the wisdom within us is His,

But he also allows it to become ours.

He shares His wisdom with us.

How privileged we are to participate in that wisdom.

I write to tell everyone

Of the beauty that resides in God’s wisdom,

And that it’s all available to us.

It is there to enhance our lives.

I write for all of you and for me.

Never forget yourself!

I also believe it to be my duty,

To share God’s wisdom with you.

Another goal of my poems,

Is to write them with the intention,

That they become prayers.

That we allow ourselves to enter into those prayers.

And we make our life a prayer to God,

A union with God and the universe.
