Peace and Breath are Related

Our breath exists within us,

Only there.

Peace exists within us,

Only there.

Maybe they are related.

Both are within,

Peace and breath.

They must somehow interrelate.

I wonder how.

The breath is the giver of life.

Peace is the receiver.

Peace is life.

Peace is a state of wellbeing.

War is the opposite.

War is a state of destruction.

War destroys life.

Peace is life.

War takes life.

Breath gives life.

Chose breath for inner peace.
