This is one of them.
It’s the 14 step anxiety solution plan,
Which after you have dealt with your anxiety,
Becomes your own healthy living plan.

Now you have your own plan,
Your Healthy Living plan.
Uniquely yours, created by you.
It will be as beautiful as you make it.

We all want happiness.
Now we can create our own happiness plan.
Our very own plan.

Everyone should have a plan for their happiness.
And now you know how to create it.
