Do Something About It
Am I fearful, worried and agitated often?
Do I get irritated, impatient, nervous and tired?
Could that be anxiety?
What am I doing about it?
Maybe I have too much spinning around inside my head.
It might help to get it out before I explode.
What’s the solution?
I need to get all that stuff out of my head.
I need to talk to someone who can help me do that.
I don’t need to live with anxiety,
And the depression that follows.
I don’t deserve to suffer like that.
No one needs to suffer with anxiety,
Or any other mental health problem.
There are always solutions.
I can get help
Or I can suffer.
That’s not much of a choice.
I better do something about it.
