Do Something About It

Am I fearful, worried and agitated often?
Do I get irritated, impatient, nervous and tired?
Could that be anxiety?
What am I doing about it?
Maybe I have too much spinning around inside my head.
It might help to get it out before I explode.

What’s the solution?
I need to get all that stuff out of my head.
I need to talk to someone who can help me do that.
I don’t need to live with anxiety,
And the depression that follows.
I don’t deserve to suffer like that.

No one needs to suffer with anxiety,
Or any other mental health problem.
There are always solutions.
I can get help
Or I can suffer.
That’s not much of a choice. 

I better do something about it.

So much more, it’s unbelievable.

Go within
And you might find out
That you’re smarter than you think.
You do have more wisdom 
Than you thought.

Now is the time to use it,
To help reduce your anxiety.
We have learned over the years
To look within and find the answers.

Have you done anything in the past
To reduce your anxiety?
You may be surprised
You do have some solutions of your own.

Perhaps,
We all have more wisdom than believed.
Now is the time to uncover
The techniques we do possess.

Now is the time
To use our wisdom within.

Don't linger in the deadly embrace
Of the anxiety demons.
Remember
You created those ugly demons,
When you failed to take control of your life.

Move on
Leave anxiety behind
By taking control of your life.
Now's the time,
Before the demons take control,
Before it gets worse.

Anxiety won't go away by itself.
You better do something about it now,
Or it will consume you.

Move on
Leave anxiety behind,
If you don't, it will continue to grow.

Move on
Before a panic attack arises
They often feel like a heart attack
