What is it He wants?

What does He expect of us?

What do we want of ourselves?

What do we expect?

Let’s try some possibilities,

How about making the world a better place?

Or making ourselves a better person?

Or helping others excel?

Or perhaps he wants all three,

A more beautiful me and you,

Which would make a more beautiful world.

Now that would be something.

Wouldn’t God want us

To take care of his incredible world,

And its splendid inhabitants?

Would want me to write about,

Learn about,

Be curious about.

About so many things about God.

Where to begin

And how to end?

I don’t want God’s story to ever end.

Believe there is a God.

If you don’t believe that,

Your kindness, your love and understanding,

Your good living.

We are really all the same in so many ways.

It’s okay to have different views of the world.

Nobody knows there is a God.

We believe it.

We just don’t know it.

Believing is good enough.

Believe in something.

Believe in what you may understand is best,

But believe,

Because believing is powerful.

It motivates,

It moves us forward.

Believe in your wisdom within you.

It will take care of you.

The Search for Wisdom

It brings us closer to the Truth,

Closer to the Source of all that is,

Closer to the possessor of all wisdom.

Wisdom is our goal,

The accumulation of knowledge, experience,

And understanding.

Search for it!

What better could you possess?

But, to do so,

You may need a guide,

Our Guide,

The spirit within each one of us.

And that word “spirit” means “breath”.

Each breath you take

Signifies the Spirit that dwells within you,

The Holy Spirit.

Search for that Spirit,

And you will find wisdom.

Search for wisdom,

And you will find the Spirit.

He is the spirit of life,

The breath within you.

He is our guide.

Take a deep breath!

And you will find Wisdom.
