All My Blogs are Inspired by God

All these blogs I write

Are inspired by God.

Why?

I asked Him for this gift.

And He gave it to me.

He had to!

He promised me He would.

He cannot go back on His promise.

“Ask and you shall receive.”

“Seek and you shall find.”

“Knock and it will be open to you.”

Mathew 7:7

And if you believe, 

It will come about.

God wants to give gifts to you,

Each one of you.

Just ask

And believe wholeheartedly,

And the gift will appear.

It always does.

It’s a promise.

God inspired my blogs,

Because I asked.

He kept His promise.

Poetry Inspires Us

It not only opens new worlds,

It helps us enter into the wisdom of those worlds,

And beyond,

It helps us to see and understand with deeper meaning.

It allows us to uncover the truth in the universe

And frees us from the shackles of the past,

Enabling us to soar to the heights,

Setting us free.

Poetry inspires.

It allows the Source of all wisdom

To enter into us

And awaken us.

May is Book Writing Month

What is a Poem?

It’s an opportunity to expand on a thought.

It allows us to go deeply into a topic,

Using a sparsity of words.

It’s a search for the truth within a thought.

It often takes us into unacquainted areas,

With unexpected results,

And formidable surprises.

It’s an opportunity to allow a thought to grow and blossom.

Often it takes us down a new path,

One that was unintended,

Just as this poem presently is doing.

The content that is unfolding,

 To our wonder,

Was not intended.

It just appeared.

Where the remainder of this poem will take us,

Is still a mystery, but we’ll tag along,

Knowing we are moving into a new arena,

Full of new ideas,

Perhaps even wisdom.

But we are going to follow the thought that arises.

This poem did not come out of my memory.

It came out of some creative force within,

Whether mine or the universe’s.

But it didn’t just happen.

It evolved from what preceded,

The outcome is before us.

We may be pleased and surprised.

Anxiety Reduction Month

Our Wisdom Guide.

Oh! What a guide he is.

His job

Is to point out to us our wisdom,

And show us how to apply it

In our lives.

So you and I must take heed

And follow our guide.

Listen to him.

Within your guide

Resides the Source of all wisdom.

Listen carefully to your guide.

He or she will know all the answers.

Your guide is the Spirit within,

The Holy Spirit,

Or whomever you wish to call Him.

He loves you.

Listen to him.

Could you ask for more?

I doubt it.

He’s your teacher,

Your inspiration.

He is the breath within you.

You breathe the breath of God.

He gives you life

And wisdom.

Listen to Him.

Make the world a Better Place

This world is beautiful

But each one of us can make it even more beautiful

A better place

And you can make it such!

Every good word, thought and deed

Will make it more beautiful

See the beauty in this magnificent world

Make your contributions to its goodness

And you will make the world more beautiful

Make the world a better place

You can do it

And when you do

It will make your own personal space a better space

Everyone is capable of doing that

You can do it, so can I

Don’t we want to make our own world more beautiful?

Then make the world a better place

And you will also make your own world a better space

Make the world better

And you make yourself better

That’s where I start

With myself

Before I tell others to do that

I must do it

And when we do that

We inspire others to do so

I will make myself better and the world will become a better place
