What a gift you have been for us

How you have given us a new understanding of life

And how we have learned to value it

We send you our love

With all the miracles

That love can produce

There’s something unique about it

It’s mine

It may be similar to other people’s peace potential

But there’s a difference

No one is like me

I am unique

My peace

It’s just for me

I need to find out what it means 

To be at peace

How to achieve it

It must be beautiful

It’s uniquely mine

My peace

How do I find it?

Where do I go?

What do I look for?

Will it just come?

Does it await me?

I am unique

My peace

It’s everywhere

It’s mine to find

It will involve a journey

Go on your journey and search

And you will find it

Your unique  peace

We have to find them

They are not only always there

Waiting to be discovered

Designed by God

Just for you

Have already been created

Do you really think

That God would not have designed a plan especially for you

Waiting to be discovered

Of course he did

That’s how much he loves you

Discover your own unique solutions

And when you find them

Thank God

Thank the Universe

Because you are loved

The Start!

I wanted to be helpful

So I helped

I wanted to impress others

So I helped

I wanted to be liked

So I helped

And I got anxiety

Another start!

I didn’t do what I was supposed to do

And it built up

I put it off until later

And it built up

I said “yes’ when I should have said “no”

And it built up

And now I’ve got anxiety

A third start!

I looked for excitement

And I got it

I looked for trouble

And I got it

I looked for alcohol and drugs and more

And I got it

And I got anxiety too

Maybe it’s time to change the story

I’ve got to get out of this mess

It’s causing terrible anxiety

I’m going to do something about it

I woke up in the middle of the night

With good thoughts

And I wrote them down

They were really just a list of beautiful words

Here they are

God

The magnificent One

Love

Another word for God

Positive 

The right thinking

Peace

A love word

Joy

A beautiful feeling

Calm

The result of being peaceful

Oneness

We are a One with God

Beautiful 

It’s in the eye of the beholder

Destiny

God meant it to be

Learning

It’s such a good thing

They’re just words

Give them your own meaning

And they become yours
