Thoughts on Dr. Tony’s Poems

May all the poems I write

Be beautiful.

May they all display God’s love.

Why else use poetry in writing these blogs?

What is the purpose?

For me,

It’s the best way I have found to show my love

For God, for you, my friends, for myself and the universe.

It’s a journey to the Source of all wisdom,

On which you are about to accompany me.

These poems,

They are songs written to capture

The melody of the universe.

Writing these songs is my way to express my love

For You, the Source, for you, my neighbors,

And for you, Dr. Tony.

Don’t forget yourself!

These poem,

They are feeble attempts to put God’s thoughts

Into human form.

My goal in writing these poems

Is to tell God’s story.

It’s a beautiful story,

For you and me.

Anxiety Solutions

Your Wisdom Within

This book will be made up of blogs I have written daily

Over the past two years

All the blogs are written in a poetry format

I have referred to them in the book as both blogs and poems

Now my task it to identify why I’m writing them

The following is a tentative list of those reasons:

First, this book has been written for you

But in the process of writing it

It is also teaching me

We both learn

My needs are the same as yours

And I hope this book will help both of us

Gain a clearer understanding

Of the meaning of life

This book is written to better our lives

It is about anxiety in our society

A condition that affects each one of us

We are discussing it

Because it is such a common issue

In the lives of so many people

The final part of the book

Addresses the wisdom within

Yours and God’s

Which will help you

Solve your problems in life

Another Love Day

Love letters from God

 

I am fortunate to be able to put my name

On each of my blogs

They are all love letters

They appear to come through my pen

To you, my friends

But I really know

They come from God, the author of all love

What a privilege it is

To be part of this transmission

Part of this interchange between God and you

I love you both

I truly am privileged to be the intermediary

Who has the honor of “writing” these blogs

And now the honor of writing a book about them

Love letters from God in the form of blogs

And now a book of love letters

In order to find the time to complete this book for publication

I will periodically write new blogs

As well as updates on the progress of the book

On other days past blogs will be posted

But you will still get a love letter each day

Those past love letters

Will be selected and posted by my talented office manager

Where I always have been

I am a thought

In the mind of God

Creation

It involves coming into human existence

But before coming on earth

We existed

In the mind of God

Existence

We all existed forever and ever in the mind of God

Even those who have not yet been created

If God knows all

He knew it from all eternity

Eternity

It is without beginning or end

For all eternity

We have existed in the mind of God

And we always will

Each Blog I Write is for You and Me

Today is Caring for Self Day

Each of us must care for our selves

That includes me

I must care for myself

The blogs are meant to teach me as well as you

They’re not meant for me to just write and forget

They’re meant for both of us to apply to our selves

I write each blog

Or do I really do so?

Maybe not

Maybe I am not the fount of wisdom from which they come

Maybe there’s another Source

Each morning I sit down

And the blog just seems to come to me

My blog comes down to me

And then I give it to you

It must be meant for both of us

Whatever comes to us

Must be what I need and possibly what you need

I must apply it to me

Not just to you

My blog comes down to both of us

It is ours

It belongs to the Universe

And in the meantime

You and I can be co-learners

This blog is a gift to you and me

And together we will both learn

Thank you for seeking the wisdom with me

That comes from up above

They come from the Source

From where else could they possibly come?

They come from the source of all wisdom

These blogs are mine

They come to me through Dr. Tony

And because they come now

They must be just what I need now

Everything that comes to me now

Is for me to learn from right now

They are gifts

Not for tomorrow or yesterday

But for today

They are for me

They are all mine

These blogs are gifts from the Source

They are given to me

To be used as I wish

They are my gifts

That’s all I want them to be

Messages of love

I couldn’t imagine a more appropriate goal

For every single blog I write

Than to provide a message of love

I couldn’t think of a better reason to write this blog

Than to write it as an expression of love

It’s what the world needs

More love

I hope I will never forget to make my poems

Through this writer

God’s messenger of love

What an honor it is to be that messenger of love

The one who gives to you 

God’s messages of love

And who loves you as well

Because he cannot give you the love of the Universe

More on Wisdom

Being wise

It’s so special

It entails a high level of human thinking

It involves thinking rationally

Being aware of emotions

But not compelled to act on them

The Wise One

Possesses common sense

Considers without bias all aspects of an issue

Thinks carefully before making a decision

Seeks insight from other wise persons

As well as from within

And after much thought makes his own decision

Becoming Wise

The process makes for a beautiful journey

It rarely necessitates life and death decisions

It will involve every day issues

With decisions made carefully and thoughtfully

And the wisdom entailed will contribute to your happiness

The Goal of all my blogs

Is happiness

I chose that goal

Because God is happiness

Then I thought, why not be like him?

Why not be happy?

He must have created us to be happy, not sad

I’m sure it is our mandate from God to be happy

How fortunate we are!

What more can there be to life?

What better gift can flow from my blogs than happiness?

When we are happy

We are in touch with the Source

Who is love and peace as well as happiness

All three exist in one another’s company

Love, peace and joy

They can never be separated

They are the three loyal sisters

Who are always together

Happiness

What goal could be better?

Than writing each blog

With the purpose

Of making people happy

Happiness

You couldn’t ask for more

And what more could be given to you?

Than love, peace and Joy

Happiness is for today

It’s not for tomorrow

Because tomorrow doesn’t exist

So focus on today

It exists

Happiness is for today

It’s not for yesterday

Because yesterday will never again exist

Today is the day that exists

Focus only on it

Be happy this day

If there is anything you need to plan

For tomorrow

Plan it today

There’s no better day

Be happy this day

If there is anything you can undo

About yesterday

Do it today

It’s the only day to do it

The moral of this story is:

You don’t have to be anxious about yesterday or tomorrow

Any issue you have

Needs to be dealt with today

Today is all you have to work with

Caring for Self Day

I want to be happy

Doesn’t everybody?

Then why aren’t we all happy

If everyone wants it?

It must be hard to be happy

Is that because we make it hard?

Or because we don’t try hard enough?

Why?

I want to be happy

Maybe most people are happy to some degree

So maybe all of us can be happier

To a higher degree

Maybe happiness is a process

I can be happier

What can I do to make myself happier?

It may be worthwhile to find the answer

Maybe happiness is my decision

It may be up to me entirely

To make that decision

To create a better and happier life

Let’s do it

Let’s make our lives happier

One little step at a time

It’s up to us

And I guess it’s up to me

To write about it

I will!
