If you want to be happy transform your life.

Figure out better ways to live your life.

That’s transformation.

Make growth promoting changes.

It will only make you happier.

Perhaps happiness is not a goal.

It’s a result,

A result of a positive change,

A result of my efforts to grow,

A result of my love for God.

So in the end, transformation is all about love,

My love for God and My love for the universe.

That love takes me to the highest level of living.

I change, I grow, I transform,

Because I love God and the universe.

Wisdom is Born in the Past

Don’t waste your wisdom.

Find it.

That’s what we want to do now.

And we want to use it.

It’s there for the asking.

So ask for the wisdom,

So that you can learn from the past.

How do I reduce my anxiety?

What did I do to produce it?

Find the patterns that need to be changed.

You can find the answers.

What did I continue to worry about?

Was it about family, friends, work, school?

What anxiety did I continue to repeat?

Now’s the time for me to learn from the past.

Break out of your negative patterns.

Don’t stay stuck.

You can find the answers.

You can heal yourself.

Do it!

Remember!

You are master of your destiny.

Take charge of your life.

Believe

We can change.

Remember,

We have the wisdom.

It is within us.

we can find the solution.

The problem is we are spinning around,

In the same little circle,

Repeating the same behaviors,

And wondering why we’re not getting anywhere.

We need to change.

The solution is to get out of the circle,

In which we’re getting nowhere.

Find new solutions.

They’re out there waiting for us.

We can change.

We need to stop spinning around

In the same little circle.

Enlarge the circle.

Find new ideas.

And make the changes.

It’s a beautiful world out there.

There is no limit of possibilities,

The hope of a new world,

Or at least, a new mankind.

Think

Unfetter your mind and let it be free,

And it will roam,

And it will see a butterfly.

Love

It’s at the heart of all my poems.

It’s at the heart of the universe.

Learn of the magical gifts it inspires.

Discover

What is before your eyes,

And often you don’t even see it.

Maybe it’s God.
