Wisdom


What is it?
It’s the accumulation
Of knowledge, experience and understanding.
The accumulation of a lifetime of learning
What a valuable treasure we possess in our wisdom,
And what a beautiful goal  we can pursue
Wisdom,
The becoming a wise person

Where does wisdom reside?
Perhaps,
In the psyche, our subconscious or unconscious,
Or whatever name we wish to give it.
We sometimes see it as the source
Of a “light bulb” going on in our head.
Aha! Now I understand.
And the wisdom arose from within.

What is the purpose of wisdom?
It’s our guide.
It’s within us.
Find it.
Use your guide to reduce your anxiety,
And live a healthy life,
These are the two  goals of our 16-step program.
And happiness will be another outcome of wisdom
.

“Use the Anxiety/Calmness Scale”
This is the twelfth solution
On our anxiety solution list

The scale
Is a self-measurement of your anxiety and calmness.
It’s probably good to know,
How anxious or calm you are.
It is!

I have always believed
There’s nothing like knowing yourself.
Self-awareness is the beginning of change.
The scale will tell you what change you need to make.
Do it!

The goal of the scale
Is to increase your calmness,
Rather than lower your anxiety.
Our focus is always on the positive.
Always!

And the scale is so simple,
1-10
One represents the most calm.
Ten represents the most anxious.
Choose!

Love the calm “one”.
Beware of the anxious “ten”.
It identifies anger and stress as well as anxiety.
“Ten” is not the place to go.
No!

You are the result of your choices.
