The scale
Is a self-measurement of your anxiety and calmness.
It’s probably good to know,
How anxious or calm you are.
It is!

I have always believed
There’s nothing like knowing yourself.
Self-awareness is the beginning of change.
The scale will tell you what change you need to make.
Do it!

The goal of the scale
Is to increase your calmness,
Rather than lower your anxiety.
Our focus is always on the positive.
Always!

And the scale is so simple,
1-10
One represents the most calm.
Ten represents the most anxious.
Choose!

Love the calm “one”.
Beware of the anxious “ten”.
It identifies anger and stress as well as anxiety.
“Ten” is not the place to go.
No!

You are the result of your choices.
