Anxiety Solutions
 
“Focus on the Present”
This is the third solution
On our anxiety solution list.

This present moment is all that exists,
Nothing else does.
Neither the past—It’s gone forever.
Nor the future—it hasn’t arrived.

All that exists is “now”.
Why fret over what no longer exists?
It makes no sense.
It’s nonsense. It’s unreal.

Then let’s be masters of the moment.
And the only way to master it,
Is to embrace it, love it
And live it.

This moment is perfect.
It possesses all you need
To succeed.
Nurture this moment.

Mindfulness
It’s the magic of being in this very moment.
It’s not the here, there and everywhere of anxiety.
It’s the now of peace and calm.

Anxiety cannot exist in mindfulness’ presence.
They are opposites.
They cannot live together.
Choose the now of mindfulness.

It’s the present.
