Anxiety and Healthy Living
What do the two have in common?
They have the 16-step program,
For both anxiety and healthy living.
When you diminish your anxiety,
You open the door
To healthy living
It’s the identical program
With a slightly different focus.
We just give it a new name.
Reducing or releasing anxiety
Actually is healthy living.
When anxiety no longer is the main issue,
Our focus becomes healthy living,
But it’s still the same program.
We end up doing the same things.
But now we have a different purpose.
It was reducing anxiety,
Now it’s living a healthy life.
But you may wish to call it healthy living
Even when you’re freeing yourself from anxiety
Now you have one program for life.
That makes it simple.
