Let’s take a casual look at the plan.
Let’s slowly get acquainted with it.
That’s all we’re doing today,
Just looking at it.
Here’s an informal view.

The 16-Step Anxiety-Healthy Living Plan

Let’s ask God’s help in following this plan.
Believe he will truly do that.
And trust he will lead the way.


Always focus on the present moment whatever it might be.
We need to be as positive as we can be, not negative.
No good comes out of negativity,
Nor out of negative people, places and things.
People with drug and alcohol issues need to avoid them.
So does everybody.

Learn from the past,
How my anxiety starts and what my triggers are.
Then breathe in peace and calm.
It’s better than anxiety.

It’s up to you to make this program work.
The program is a way out of anxiety,
And into happiness.

What a beautiful program
And it’s just for you
You will make it your own plan
