Or merely as an Anxiety Reduction Program.
They are both the same.
The goal is the same:
Love, peace and Joy
What we are saying is,
Anxiety reduction
Takes the same path as
Healthy living takes.
There is no difference,
Just the names.
Both paths will produce
A healthy life,
Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
The path will be your path,
Because this is a self-development program.
You are the director of the program.
All I have done,
Is give you 16 steps,
To choose as you wish,
How you wish and when you wish
I am merely your guide
You are the master of your destiny
More tomorrow on your path
