Anxiety Solution One

Why ask for help?

Don’t we all need it?

If you think you don’t,

You may have

An exaggerated opinion of yourself,

That could lead to your downfall.

Or maybe you are just plain foolish,

And you’re not thinking

When you ask for help,

You show wisdom,

And the humility

To acknowledge:

I do not know it all.

I am just a human being.

Sometimes I need help,

But I have the courage to ask for it.

Somewhere in the bible

It is said:

“Ask and you will receive”.

Ask a friend, a family member or someone else,

Or maybe even

Ask God.

We need help,

From anywhere we can get it.

What is anxiety?

It sounds like a monster

It seems to really shake people up

And sometimes it can be scary

Yes!

Worries

They may have to do with anxiety

A racing mind

I feel lost

I’m a mess

The future

It doesn’t look good when I’m anxious

I feel helpless

I don’t know what to do

Or what I am doing

Concentrate

Are you kidding?

I don’t know where I’m at, or where I‘m going

And you’re trying to tell me something

Help!

And I can go on and on and on

There’s no end to it

Help me!

That’s my job
