Accept Your Anxiety

“Accept your anxiety”
Simply means
Accepting the fact that you are anxious,
And that you have to do something about it.
Accepting it, is facing it.

Accept your anxiety,
Even though it exists nowhere
But in your head.
Face it.
It’s time to let go of it.

To let go of your anxiety,
You have to accept the fact
You have anxiety.
Then you’ll be able to face it.
Then you’ll be able to let it go of it.

And you’ll say goodbye to anxiety.
