Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder,

Behold!

Or we will have no beauty,

Nothing is beautiful unless it is seen.

We give beauty its existence,

It has but to be seen to become beautiful.

Imagine what power you have.

The Source

Has given you the power to create.

I have been suggesting

That we make this world a better place.

You have the power.

You create the beauty in your world.

It is only as magnificent as you make it.

You are, indeed, the master of your destiny,

It depends on your vision.

Don’t cloud your vision with negative thinking.

I envision each one of us

Making this world a more beautiful place.

How we see people, will determine

How we greet and treat them.

The Invisible Gifts of God

Some of God’s Gifts are Invisible,

They just don’t look like gifts,

But they truly are.

They are generally the most valuable

Of all gifts.

Their worth is beyond all value,

They are the most significant

Of all the gifts.,

The most painful to accept,

And the most difficult to appreciate.

They may appear to cause pain,

But the pain may uncover

Their essential worth:

The courage to take on the service of Universe,

And the creation of a more beautiful world.

You are the chosen one,

The one to deliver the good news,

Spoken in the language of love,

God’s language, 

Our language.

My Journey to God

Life is  a journey.

It is meant to bring me to God.

He is my destination.

He wants to share with me His gifts. 

Why else would He create me?

Whatever happens to me is for that purpose.

It takes me to God.

All that happens along the way

Is meant to bring me to Him

Or to your version of Him.

Everything that comes to me in life

Is a gift of God.

Everything!

There are no exceptions.

They are all opportunities.

They will bring me to God,

My destination,

The Source of all that exists

And He will give me of His essence.

Love, Peace and Joy.

Is God in heaven?

Yes and no.

If we deal with heaven in human terms.

Yes, He is in heaven.

But God is a spirit,

So no, He is not “in” heaven,

Because spirits don’t occupy space

Or a place.

As a spirit

God  just “is.”

He is everywhere,

And is not limited by space.

We are limited

But don’t limit God.

We can be somewhere,

God can be everywhere.

He’s always around,

Because he is everywhere.

Tell Me About Heaven

Heaven

There’s so little we know about it,

It’s one of the best-kept secrets in the universe.

Billions of people have gone there,

But none has reported back,

Not a single soul,

Not a one. 

How come?

What’s the secret?

It’s out of our league,

It’s in the realm of the divine,

It’s the home of the Master of the Universe.

It doesn’t follow our laws of nature,

That makes it incomprehensible to us.

It’s of the spirit,

Not of the flesh.

Heaven

It’s nowhere or anywhere,

It’s the nonplace to be,

It cannot be found,

It just is.

But it’s beautiful

Beyond compare.

It cannot even be imagined.

As God is so far beyond

So, is heaven, 

But it is the place to be,

Someday I’d like to be there with my wife!

How will I Become Your Friend?

How will I Become Your Friend?

Is it realistic to ask that question?

Hasn’t God always been pictured 

As distant and remote?

What would make me think differently?

Could He learn to be friendlier?

Wouldn’t it be nice

To have Him as a buddy?

A Guy I could shoot the breeze with.

Imagine, joshing around with God.

I could tell Him about this joke I just heard.

Maybe He hasn’t heard it yet.

Don’t you think God knows

How to be a friend?

No one ever talks about

How friendly He is.

What would stop him from being a close friend?

Would He worry about what people thought?

And maybe He’s a bit uptight, 

I’ve never seen Him smiling or laughing.

He’s probably not used to having friends,

It might be a bit awkward for Him,

He might be too busy

For friendship.

I don’t think the stuff above is really true,

I think we could be great friends,

I’m going to give it a try.

When do You Become an Addict

Or alcoholic?

That seems to be a very difficult question to answer,

But maybe it’s very simple.

What are addicts like?

And what do they like?

The answer to both questions is the same.

They are in love with their drug.

So, what does the addict in recovery have to do?

That’s a tough one.

They have to fall out of love with their drug,

And that ain’t easy.

For most it is practically impossible,

At the very least it’s tough.

You can’t get in bed with your mistress.

Keep away 

From the persons, places and things that lie in bed with her.

They are adorned exotically, 

And very few can resist their perfume.

Keep away from them.

That ain’t easy!

But maybe you can do it.
