And could make sleep more difficult.
Let’s try positive thinking instead.
Negativity is often accompanied by
Anxiety and depression,
Anger and stress,
Negative thoughts and feelings.
Could one of these be the sleep culprit?
The solution may be simple to understand,
Difficult to apply,
But you can probably solve it
If you want to sleep.
Give it some time.
Make your world beautiful.
Make it wonderful.
That cannot happen without you.
You are the solution.
You have the answer.
You can solve all your problems.
