My dear, dear fellow traveler,
You are on a journey,
Just as I am.
We are fellow travelers,
As is every inhabitant of this universe.

Perhaps,
We ought to be assisting one another 
On our journey.
Wouldn’t it be nice if we all traveled together?
Then we would truly be fellow travelers.

It’s such an important journey,
It means everything.
Let’s make it a good journey.
Let’s travel together, 
Let’s be there for one another.

Getting to know God, 
What a beautiful journey that will be, 
It will be the ride of a lifetime,
The journey to heaven
And back.

Imagine that journey.
It will open your eyes to the world beyond all worlds.
But really, there is no imagining,
The world beyond.
But maybe, you can catch a glimpse of it.

And that may be enough for you,
To begin your most incredible journey,
The ride that will take you
To heaven on earth.
What more could you ask for?

The universe looks for your answer.
Are you ready for the ride?
Are you ready to get to know God?

Walk with God

God is the way. God is the path.
We walk with God when we take the path.
Now that is some journey.
I couldn’t imagine a better partner.

My goal is to be One with God.
I believe walking the inner path
Is the way to be One with God.
This is how we create a Union with God.

What more could we want?
Let’s walk with God from this day on.

Eat with Mindfulness

We can do a lot of things with mindfulness.
We can walk and we can talk mindfully.
We can listen to music totally focused.
We can do most anything that way.

So, let’s put our energy into eating mindfully.
It’s about being present to the process of eating,
Present to the food, and present to the feelings aroused
From the eating of the food.

It’s a special way of eating.
It should generally be very enjoyable,
Because we become totally involved in the experience of eating,
Something we don’t usually do.

As I eat I am mindful, I am focused.
I get in touch with myself.
I’m not judging if it’s good or bad,
The whole experience is beautiful.

As I eat,
I relish the taste of the food,
I am mindful of its appearance,
I delight in the aroma it emits.

I enjoy its touch with my fingers and tongue,
I am attuned to the sounds of my chewing,
And I am utterly enthralled by the experience.
It’s a journey in mindfulness.

The Energy of Mindfulness

There is energy in the universe.
All matter whether animate or inanimate
Has energy.
The energy consists of atoms whirling within them.
They are in constant motion.

The mind too has atoms in motion,
But they’re not the problem.
It’s the thoughts whirling about
That are the problem,
But we can control that energy.

There is an additional energy available
To control our thinking.
It’s the energy of mindfulness.
We can learn to focus our mind
Within the present moment by being mindful

We start with believing
That we can control our thinking,
And we ask for help from the wisdom within,
That could be God for you or not.
And then we begin to learn to focus.

Tomorrow
We continue our journey
Of Mindfulness.
