Anxiety is everywhere

It sure seems like it

So much bothers me.

When I’m anxious

I find it everywhere

I need to stop it

It’s spreading like a disease

Maybe it is

It’s here and it’s there

And it seems like it’s looking for me

Or am I looking for it?

Remember!

It’s a worry

And one worry leads to another

I’ve got to stop it

Anxiety

It lurks in every corner

It stares me in the face

And I welcome it

It sure seems that way

Because I’m always thinking about it

I just can’t stop it

Anxiety

Let’s find solutions

Let’s not make it our friend

I don’t really want it

It isn’t my friend

I’ll find the solutions

I’ll get the help I need

I will!
