It’s mine,
Not Dr. Tony’s.
I am in charge of it. 
I am the teacher.

I can direct this course as I wish.
My success depends totally on me.
It is my personal course.
I know what I want and what I need.
I will not flunk my own course.

It’s the best course ever,
Because it’s mine.

It’s up to me to make it work.
I can run the course anyway I wish.
That’s what makes it so special.
I can personalize it.
It’s mine.

Imagine!
The course is totally in my hands.
I can change it.  I can add to it.
I can start wherever I wish
I can spend as much time on a step as I like.
It’s my course.

I can skip around.
I can do one step or ten.
I can do whatever I desire.
I can even have fun doing it.
A lot of fun.
It’s my course.


I just want to reduce my anxiety.
I’m going to make it work.
I will.
I want to feel better.
This course is just what I need.

On how the course unfolds.
You can do the steps in any order you prefer.
You can skip around.
It’s your show.

You know what you like.
You know what works for you.
Do what feels good,
What gets results.
You’re the teacher.

What makes this course so special?
It’s your own personal journey.
You hold the rudder.
You steer the ship.
You are the captain.

The Path to Anxiety Recovery

Yesterday we introduced our new program.
Its name is
The 16-step anxiety program.”
But it also has a second name,
The 16-step healthy living program.”
Both programs are the same.

They are identical.
The things you do to deal with
Anxiety,
Are the same things you do to deal with
Healthy living.
You get to choose the name of your program.

This emphasizes the fact:
It’s your program.
Remember,
You are the master of your destiny.
You are the master of your program.
Everyone’s program will have a different twist.

What a wonderful program
You will make for yourself.
It will be most beautiful because it will be yours.
And that’s why it will work so well.
There will be guidelines,
But the essence of the program will be you,

It’s your program for life, if you wish.
It will create love, peace and joy in your life,
And God will be there.
