And it doesn’t even exist
Especially if it bothers you
Like what you are worrying about

A worry
Is a good example
It isn’t true
It could become true
But we believe it to be true

That’s the problem
We believe it to be true
But it never is
It doesn’t exist
At the moment we worry

Why waste your time worrying about nothing?

Calm
It will involve caring for self,
And, perhaps, caring for others.
Calm
Will help us think more caringly.

Calm
Comes from being kinder,
More gentle and more loving.
Calm
Never comes in the presence of turmoil.

Calm
It’s the essence of health and wellbeing,
Both of mind and body.
Stay calm.
Love and joy will follow you.

Calm
Will make you feel comfortable and satisfied.

Let’s write a blog.
Here’s how I start.
I find a topic.
From where it comes I’m not sure,
Or perhaps I just hesitate to say.
The topic
Just seems to come down to me
From up above.

In that blog I try to give my audience
A new way of viewing a topic,
A new understanding,
A new appreciation of life,
That will open their eyes,
So that they will make a difference in this world.
I want them to find love and peace.
I want them to find happiness.

I can change it.  I can add to it.
I can start wherever I wish
I can spend as much time on a step as I like.
It’s my course.

I can skip around.
I can do one step or ten.
I can do whatever I desire.
I can even have fun doing it.
A lot of fun.

This is the fourth solution
On our anxiety solution list.

Positive thoughts can take you up.
They can change your world for the better.
Negatives never will.
They will only take you down.

Positive thinking creates positive thoughts.
Negative thinking creates negativity.
It’s called the law of attraction.
Choose what you wish to attract.

What else is good about positive thoughts?
They are pleasant.
They make us feel good
Isn’t that what we want?

Positive thoughts,
They make us happy.
They make our world beautiful,
And us, to boot

Fill your life with positive thoughts,
And there won’t be room for anxiety.
There’s no place in a happy environment
For such negativity.

If you only think positive thoughts,
You’ll never be anxious,
Angry or stressed.
You’ll only have room for happiness.

Positive thinking is the absence of anxiety.
