That is the title of the book that I am writing.

You the reader of the poems.

--Ask for help from the wisdom within you.
--Believe your wisdom will take care of you.
--Focus on the present.
--Think positive thoughts.
--Understand the consequences of negative thinking.
--Identify the onset of anxiety.
--Replace anxiety with peace and calm.
--Learn from the past, how to reduce anxiety.
--Breathe for inner peace.
--Discover anxiety triggers.
--Avoid the persons, places and things associated with anxiety.
--Use the anxiety/calmness scale.
--Uncover the negative thoughts that create anxiety.
--Put energy into the process of finding solutions.

And if you do all this,
You will be free of anxiety,
And I will walk you through this
In the next month and beyond.
